This Privacy Policy explains how QueryMind, operated by Mukesh Meena (Jaipur, Rajasthan, India), collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the QueryMind service
To process payments and manage subscriptions
To send account-related emails (verification, password reset, payment receipts)
To improve our AI prompts, features, and question bank

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate QueryMind:

Anthropic (Claude API) — powers AI query generation, explanations, and analysis. Query text may be sent to Anthropic's API for processing.
Razorpay — processes payments. We do not store your card/UPI details; Razorpay handles this securely.
Resend — sends transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts).
Neon (PostgreSQL) — hosts our application database (user accounts, sessions, subscriptions).
Vercel — hosts the QueryMind application.

4. Your Connected Database

If you use Real-time Mode and connect your own database, your connection credentials and query results are used only to execute your requests during your active session. We do not log, store, or share the contents of your connected database. Connection credentials are not retained after your session ends.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Unverified accounts may be automatically deleted after 24–48 hours. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard practices including password hashing (bcrypt), encrypted database connections (SSL/TLS), and secure session tokens (JWT) to protect your data.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

QueryMind uses browser local storage to keep you logged in (session token) and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

QueryMind is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting support@mukeshaitools.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
