Welcome to QueryMind ("QueryMind", "we", "us", "our"), an AI-powered SQL learning and query assistant operated by Mukesh Meena, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. By accessing or using QueryMind at querymind.mukeshaitools.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

QueryMind provides an AI-powered SQL assistant for practicing and running database queries, with both a practice mode (sandboxed sample databases) and a real-database mode (connect your own PostgreSQL/MySQL/MSSQL database). The service uses AI (including third-party AI models) to generate SQL, explanations, and analysis.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use QueryMind.

3. Plans & Payments

QueryMind offers a free tier, a time-limited trial, and paid subscription plans (Pro and Team, billed monthly or yearly) via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges as per your selected billing cycle. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change with prior notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable, except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law, or in cases of duplicate/erroneous charges, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 5. Acceptable Use

When connecting your own database, you agree to use QueryMind only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to:

Run destructive operations (DROP, TRUNCATE, or unauthorized DELETE/UPDATE) — these are blocked or require confirmation by design.
Use the service to access databases you do not have authorization to access.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI/API infrastructure.
Share your account credentials with others beyond your authorized Team plan seats.

6. AI-Generated Content

SQL queries, explanations, and analyses are generated by AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated SQL before executing it against your database, especially write operations (INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE).

7. Your Database & Data

When you connect a real database, QueryMind accesses it only for the duration of your session to execute the queries you request. We do not permanently store your database contents. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we do store.

8. Service Availability

QueryMind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mukesh Meena / QueryMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, arising from your use of the service — including any actions taken on a connected database based on AI-generated queries.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or pose a security risk to the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of QueryMind after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan having jurisdiction over any disputes.
